Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Pflugerville-Stone Hill Town Center

I went to get a hair cut for my son and was told to wait outside. I will NOT allow my nine year old son to go inside your store alone. You need some new policies. I understand trying to be safe but that is over the top.

My father went in this morning to try and get a haircut. He read the instructions on the door and as no one was outside waiting in the chairs he went inside to see what the wait time was. Upon entering he was rudely told by a stylist to go back outside and wait in the chairs outside and someone would be by to check him in. After sitting for a considerable amount of time no one came out to check anyone in and after no one coming out another patron loaded your app on to their phone and found that the wait for this facility was OVER 95 minutes. I understand that we have less people working and more restrictions but to not tell people waiting outside how long of a wait you have and just let customers sit outside is inappropriate. You have lost a customer due to this lack of courteous customer service.
