The stylist could barely speak English. Didn’t understand how I wanted to cut my hair (even tho it’s literally written on the printed slip of paper) then decided to leave it longer than I wanted cuz it was easier for her. Cut the back of my neck in multiple spot to the point where it’s raw and burns. I call every number I can find and not one of them even rings. I’m VERY DISSATISFIED AND UPSET. I should not have to deal with pain and a cut up neck. This is very unprofessional. I highly recommend finding somewhere else. Unless u like wasting your money and time on a haircut that will leave u disappointed and possibly injured. Btw the stylist name is HUONG.

Huong at the Stone Hill location in Pflugerville is the best!! Even if she is really busy, she always finds time for me and my son. Huong will make you feel right at home. If she is off work for the day and will wait until she returns to work. I will never go to another stylist! Top Notch!!!

I’ve been a sports clips customer for 5-6 years and I’ve been lucky enough to retain Sarah C as my stylist. Very professional and meticulous. Always leave feeling better than when I can in. I took my 6 year old son there for his first man haircut. He LOVED IT. Sarah did such a wonderful job with the MVP he can’t wait to come back!!!

I went to get a hair cut for my son and was told to wait outside. I will NOT allow my nine year old son to go inside your store alone. You need some new policies. I understand trying to be safe but that is over the top.

My father went in this morning to try and get a haircut. He read the instructions on the door and as no one was outside waiting in the chairs he went inside to see what the wait time was. Upon entering he was rudely told by a stylist to go back outside and wait in the chairs outside and someone would be by to check him in. After sitting for a considerable amount of time no one came out to check anyone in and after no one coming out another patron loaded your app on to their phone and found that the wait for this facility was OVER 95 minutes. I understand that we have less people working and more restrictions but to not tell people waiting outside how long of a wait you have and just let customers sit outside is inappropriate. You have lost a customer due to this lack of courteous customer service.

online check in is a good way to lose customers and piss people off. its a barber shop, people base their wait time on how many people are in the waiting area not guess how many that signed in online will show up. i have other things to do rather than sit and wait 15/20/30 minutes hoping ill be next and then have some jackass with 3 kids walk in and push me back another 20 minutes. sign in when you are physically there. I will not be back, there are lots of other barbers out there and your tv's playing womens basketball is not a reason to pick sport clips over any other barber.

Dayna - Great haircut! First time at SportClips we discussed the SportClips haircut options, I choose the MVP. Then we discussed the actual haircut and she understood and repeated back what she was going to do. I was very happy with the hair cut and the whole experience. I am a retired Naval Officer and i have had numerous barbers and haircut experiences. For my first SportClips experience I am pleased. I will be back to SportClips and will request Dayna. I am new to Austin/Pflugerville. This is my new barber shop.

I went to the Pflugerville Stone Hill location and had Dayna cut my hair. Aside from the haircut being mediocre at best, even the sideburns are uneven, the overall experience was bad. Dayna was very rude from the very start. It had been awhile since I last cut my hair, so when she asked how I wanted it I tried to show her pictures of how I used to have it, she barely even looked at the and just said "yeah, yeah, you just want it short." She then proceeded with the hair cut, I asked her to use scissors instead of the clippers to which she gave me a bad look. After about five minutes of cutting my hair with scissors she said "how's the length?", it was barely shorter than what it was when I first got in and I said "I would like it to be shorter." She then responded, in a very unpleasant tone,"Well, then I am going to get the clippers then, because that would be a whole new haircut. This is ridiculous." Yes, she actually told a paying customer that their request to have their cut with scissors was ridiculous. At this point I was really annoyed and just let her do it, I really did not feel like arguing with her and just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I was still unhappy with the haircut after she was done, not because of the use of clippers but because it looks uneven (if you are going to insist in using clippers and be resistant to a customers request, at least do it right), my left side looks shorter than my right, my right sideburn is shorter than the left, and some parts on the top looks like a camel took bites out of my hair. Overall, just really bad experience and a rude stylist. Will not be coming back to this location and probably will not go to any Sports Clips again. Avoid this place like the plague.
